The volume records marriages of enslaved, freed (forro/liberto), and free individuals registered in the Church of São João Batista, Itaboraí - RJ between 15 Jun 1730 and 16 Feb 1747. There is no opening charter; the closing charter was signed by João (?) on 22 Oct 1725. Entries were signed by the following clergy: João Clemente, Bento Teixeira; and Pedro Leam de Sá.
Physical characteristics: The volume consists of 125 numbered folios. It has a cover and received preventative conservation, but has been severely damaged by insects. Dimensions: 32cm X 24.5cm.
