The volume contains marriage records of enslaved and free people registered in the Church of São Pedro da Aldeia, São Pedro da Aldeia-RJ. Entries date from 05 Sept 1872 to 20 Aug 1887. There are no opening or closing charters. Entries were signed by Vicar Manoel Martins Teixeira.On the last folio, 100v, there is a record of a pastoral visit by Francisco, Bishop of Petrópolis, on 05 Jul 1894.
Physical characteristics: The volume consists of 100 numbered folios. It does not have a cover and some of the folios have come loose from the binding. Dimensions: 46cm x 31cm.
