The volume contains burial records of enslaved and free people registered in the Church of São Pedro da Aldeia, São Pedro da Aldeia-RJ. Entries date from 06 Jun 1824 to 02 May 1836. The opening and closing charters were signed by Coadjutor Miguel Lopes de Castro on 30 Mar 1824. Entries were signed by the following clergy: Vicar Luis Gomes and Coadjutor Father João Gonçalves. The volume includes a number of burial records of children ("inocentes").
Physical characteristics: The volume consists of 142 numbered folios. It does not have a cover; the folios have come loose from the binding and some are numbered in pencil. Dimensions: 32cm x 20 cm.
