- Square-shaped papyrus sheet, somewhat torn at the top and bottom; written on one side along the fibres, the back being blank. There are 13 lines, complete; margins are extant: the right measures 85 mm and the lower 40 mm; the others are minimal. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass frame.
