- Fragmentary letter of the governor Qurrah ben Sharik to Basilius, pagarch of Aphrodito, ordering him to send taxes of the churches in his district to the treasury. He also instructs him to draw up a register of the quota collected from each church and to send a list arranged by person. With original seal at the bottom, featuring a wolf (?) facing right, with a star above it.

- Lower portion of a medium-brown papyrus, broken off at the top and left and with surface damage and holes in places; written on one side across the fibres, the back being blank. On the front, there are portions of 12 lines lacking the beginnings, fairly spaced; at the bottom, there is the original clay seal. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass frame.
