Letter to Zenon from Techestheus, who offers to supply gravel for the works around Memphis and stones for the wine-vat, to be cut from the same quarry as before. A postscript follows concerning the water Zenon intends to bring into the village. The docket is on the back.

- Papyrus sheet with three detached fragments (including Papyrus 2384(B), darker by patches, lacking most of the right-hand side; written on both sides. The front bears 22 lines running along the fibres, most of which lack the end; the detached fragments provide the ends for lines 1-7; upper and lower margins are ample. Vertical folds are visible. On the back, there is a word broken off to the right, written across the fibres at the bottom, the other way up in relation to the text on the front. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.

Provenance: Philadelpheia, meris of Herakleides, Arsinoite nome, Egypt. Purchased as part of a lot comprising Papyri 2305-2434 from Dr Kondilios in July 1921. The fragment on the upper left corner was purchased in 1926.
