Medium-brown papyrus roll, lacking the right-hand side; written on both sides. The front bears 19 lines running across the fibres, lacking the ends; on the back, there are two lines written along the fibres, one the other way up in relation to the other. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass frame, with a small opening for the text on the back.

Script: Large, thin sloping cursive hand; smaller, mostly upright hand of the minuscule type at the top.
