Conclusion of a lease for multiple years, presumably of a cow, at a rent of 200 cheeses per year; with subscriptions of the lessee, whose name is damaged, written by Aurelius Ioannes, son of Pkylius, and of three witnesses, followed by a postscript and by the subscription of another witness, the representative of a monastery. At the end is the subscription of the notary Victor.

Lower right-hand corner of a papyrus sheet, dark brown, with minor abrasion in places; written on one side along the fibres, the back being blank. On the front, there are the ends of 11 lines, with traces of another line at the top. The lower margin survives. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass frame.

Dimensions: 165 x 350 mm; housed in a glass frame measuring 215 x 405 mm.
Script: Somewhat thick, upright cursive hand for the body of the document in the first four lines and for the postscript in lines 8-10; six additional lines for the subscriptions.
