Papyrus sheet, medium-brown in colour, damaged on the sides and complete at the top and bottom; with minor abrasion in places; written on both sides. The front bears 7 lines running across the fibres and lacking beginnings and ends. Upper and lower margins survive. On the back, there is one word written along the fibres the other way up in relation to the text on the front. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.

Dimensions: 141 x 195 mm; housed in a glass frame measuring 195 x 240 mm.
Script: Good chancery hand, with large, thin and upright letterforms; a horizontal stroke links the top of chi to the following letter; with one correction.

- Origin: Arsinoite nome?Provenance: Philadelpheia, meris of Herakleides, Arsinoite nome, Egypt. Purchased with a lot comprising Papyri 2652-2721 from Dr. A. N. Kondilios in July 1925. Part of a joint purchase with the University of Michigan and Columbia University.
