Medium-brown papyrus sheet, broken off at the bottom and damaged by insect-holes throughout; written on one side, the back being blank. On the front, there are 6 lines from the top of a column running along the fibres; of the sixth line, only a scant trace remains; upper and left margins are extant; no margin was left on the right. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass frame.
