- Scope & Content:
- Order of Qurrah ben Sharik to Basilius, pagarch of Aphrodito, to send a carpenter for a period of four months; the carpenter will apparently be working on the construction of some barges for conveyance to Klysma. The wage of the carpenter is to be paid from the treasury. The docket is on the back (one line written in the reverse direction), including address, date and name of the courier.

- Portion of a papyrus, broken off on the left (front), and damaged by insect holes; written on both sides. The front bears 13 lines running across the fibres, fairly spaced and lacking the beginnings; the lower margin survives. Horizontal folds are still visible. On the back there are two lines written along the fibres, lacking beginnings and ends; the first is written the other way up in relation to the second. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.
