- Fragment of a medium-dark brown papyrus, broken off at the top and left; with insect-holes in places; written on one side across the fibres, the back being blank. The front bears 10 lines lacking the beginnings, with traces of another line at the top; the lower margin survives, the right is irregular and minimal. Horizontal folds are visible. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass frame.
