The File is the forty-fourth annual report of the British Indian Association for the year 1895.
Extent and format of original material: 1 booklet of 100 folio 1 leaf.
Physical characteristics: Pages 1 to 158; a to l; 1 to 5; 1 to 4; 1 to 6; 1 to 3; i to ii; 1 to 3. The pages are moth-eaten, loose, acidic, yellowed and discoloured. The pages are broken and brittle near the gutter. Foxing marks are visible. The print is faded on a few pages towards the end. Pagination has been in pencil, which is separate from the printed pagination. There are seals of the library of the British Indian Association. An undersized page is present. Measurements (in cm): 30. 3 x 19 x 1. 2.
