The File is a volume containing various copies of the newspaper The Hindoo Patriot.
Extent and format of original material: One bound volume with 310 folio.
Physical characteristics: Index not paginated. Pages 1 to 396. Then Pages 1 to 4, 397 to 482. The pages are extremely moth-eaten, brittle, fragile, acidic, torn and variously damaged. The print is faded. Discolourations and spots are visible. Both front and back covers are missing. Data is lost and unreadable due to the extent of damage. Measurements (in cm): 40 x 26. 5 x 4. 5 (with cover), 39 x 26 x 4 (without cover).
