The File is an issue of the newspaper, The Englishman spanning the months of October to November in the year 1925.
Extent and format of original material: One bound volume with 348 folio 1 leaf.
Physical characteristics: Pages are brittle, acidic and yellowing. Foxing marks, marks of fungal infestation and exposure to moisture and reverse impressions are visible. The print is faded. Text has been lost due to damage. The print is faded. The pages had been pasted. Pages are so fragile that sheets of white paper could not be inserted under them to facilitate clearer images. Both front and back covers are missing. Dimensions (in cm): 58 x 44 x 3.
