- Papyrus sheet, complete but lacking part of the upper right edge and with surface damage in places; written on one side across the fibres, with the back blank. There are 13 complete lines, which occupy the upper half of the sheet; the last line, written after paragraphus and some blank space, is indented. Margins survive, although the right margin is lost opposite the text. The blank space at the bottom measures 190 mm. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass frame.

Script: Somewhat irregular, upright cursive hand; thicker strokes in places.
