- Beginning of an extract from the public notices of Hierax alias Heraclapollonius, strategus of the Arsinoite nome, divisions of Themistos and Polemon, containing a nominee’s appointment for liturgy (public service) to serve as superintendent of the confiscated land formerly belonging to Ptolemaeus, son of Cronion, in place of Patron, son of Serenus, freedman of Didymus, who had completed his fixed term. On the other side, there are scant traces of writing.

- Upper portion of a papyrus sheet, darker in places; complete at the top and sides; with insect-holes throughout; written on both sides. On one side, there are 8 lines written across the fibres from the top of a column; upper and side margins are extant. The other side bears traces of few lines running along the fibres. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame named Papyrus 1935(verso).
