- Papyrus sheet, incomplete at the bottom and damaged by insect-holes throughout; with minor abrasion in places; written on one side along the fibres, the back being blank. The front bears portions of 27 lines, with traces of 9 additional lines at the bottom. Upper and left margins survive; no margin was left on the right. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass frame.
