- Long and narrow papyrus slip, complete and overall well preserved, with holes regularly distributed along the left edge; bearing writing on both sides. On the front, there are 21 lines written along the fibres; margins are extant. Horizontal folds are visible. On the back, there is one line running across the fibres. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.
