Correspondence concerning the sale of five aruras of minimally productive land (hypologos) located in Tebtynis, which Cronion and Syrus, sons of Satyrus, intended to buy from the fiscus.
Lines 1-7: Letter of Harpocration, royal scribe of the division of Polemon in the Arsinoite nome, to Eutychus, village scribe of Tebtynis, with the order to inspect the land and enclosing the letter of the scribe of the nome; with subscription of Harpocration and date (4 January 95).
Lines 8-10: Letter to Harpocration from Pisis, scribe of the nome, enclosing the document addressed to him from the strategus of the division of Polemon; with Pisis’ subscription; dated to 1 January 95.
Lines 11-17: Letter of Antiochus, strategus of the division of Polemon, to Pisis, enclosing the application of Cronion and Syrus for the purchase of land; dated to 25 December 94.
Lines 18-26: Application of Cronion and Syrus.
Line 27-end: Statement of Eutychus confirming that the land had been allocated for sale and was not part of the flooded land; with oath and date at the end.

- Square-shaped papyrus sheet, imperfect on the left and with insect-holes throughout, especially along the vertical folds; written on one side along the fibres, the back being blank. The front bears 34 lines; upper and lower margins survive. No margin was left to the right. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass frame.

Script: Various cursive hands. Lines 1-7: Thin cursive hand; end of line 7: different hand for the subscription; lines 8-26: small upright cursive hand; lines 26-end: cursive hand; perhaps another hand at the beginning of line 27.
