Lease of crops of beans and turnips, the lessee being Polemon, son of Heuremon, and the lessor Hermes, son of Didymus. The rent is to be paid in kind and money (40 drachmas). Transport-charges are partly on the lessor and partly on the lessee; with subscription of Polemon written by someone else as he is illiterate.

- Papyrus sheet, darker in places, lacking the upper left corner and part of the bottom; damaged along the vertical folds; written on one side along the fibres, the back being blank. On the front, there are 23 lines; margins survive; no blank space was left on the right. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.
