- Tryphon, son of Heraclides, offers to lease from Heraclides alias Valerius half of the crops of wheat and barley belonging to his son Hermes alias Valerius for the current year. The land is located near the village of Talei; the rent is in kind, and all the works for the harvest rest on the lessee. Taxes are to be paid partly by the lessee and partly by the lessor.

- Papyrus sheet, medium-brown, with insect-holes along the left and lower edge; otherwise well-preserved; written on one side along the fibres, the back being blank. On the front, there are 24 lines; there is some blank space between lines 1 and 2; margins are extant, the right being minimal and irregular. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass frame.
