- Papyrus sheet, medium-dark brown, damaged on the left, lacking the lower left border; with a longer strip on the right; written on one side, the back being blank. On the front, there are 12 lines, some of which lack a few letters at the beginning. Upper and lower margin are ample and measure 40 and 55 mm respectively; no space was left on the right. Vertical folds re still visible. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass frame.

Script: Three hands: neat and regular upright cursive hand; two more rapid and smaller cursive hands in lines 9-10 and 12.
