- Iakob, an otherwise unknown boatman, guarantees to Patermouthis that two other persons will appear at an arbitration hearing before a judge and will accept his decision. He supports his guarantee with a pledge of three gold solidi. Presumably Patermouthis was a party in the arbitration.
