- Scope & Content:
- Herakleos son of Maximus, of Arsinoe, offers to lease from Philantinous alias Herodes and Tanouphis and Didyme, assisted by him, three aruras of land located near the village of Theogonis for a period of four years. The rent is to be paid in kind. The land can be sown with any crop but safflower. Transport-charges shall be paid by the lessee, who will also give some artabas of wheat for the donkey-tax, while the other taxes are on the lessors. With subscription of Herakleos and date at the end.

- Papyrus sheet, medium-dark brown, with surface damage and breaks along the vertical folds on the left; written on one side along the fibres, the back being blank. On the front, there are 34 lines, complete; blank space was left between lines 30 and 31, and 31 and 32. Lines 2-3, 31, 34 are indented. Margins are extant. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass frame.
