- Two larger fragments and five detached scraps from a light-brown papyrus, with holes throughout; written on one side along the fibres, the back being blank. The upper fragment contains the top two columns of 11 and 10 lines respectively; the fragment on the right, which is the largest, bears parts of two columns of 10 and 15 lines, broken off at the top and bottom. The scraps preserve a few letters from few lines. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass frame.

Script: Various hands: Upper fragment: thin, rapid cursive; lower right fragment: neat and regular cursive; three or four unpractised hands for the subscriptions at the end of column 2.
