- Long and narrow papyrus sheet, complete, slightly damaged at the top, with few and small holes in places; written on one side along the fibres, the back being blank. The front bears one column of 15 lines, complete; margins are extant, with no space having been left on the right. The lower margin is ample. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass frame.

Script: Proficient cursive hand; two smaller and more rapid cursive hands for the subscriptions from line 13 to the end.
