- Aurelius Philosarapis son of Lysimachus hires Aurelius Onnophris, flageolet-player, and three other trained musicians to perform for six days on the occasion of a festival in Tebtynis. The salary is 18 drachmas per day, with one other day unpaid, in addition to a gratuity of 6 drachmas; provisions for the commute are also made.

- Papyrus sheet, medium-brown, mutilated at the bottom, riddled with insect-holes throughout and abraded in few places; written on one side along the fibres, the back being blank. On the front, there are 23 lines, with the last two being very fragmentary. Some blank space was left between lines 21 and 22. Margins survive, with no space having been left on the right. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass frame.
