- Extent:
- Dark-brown papyrus sheet, lacking the left-hand half, with surface damage along the horizontal folds; written on both sides. On the front, there are 10 lines running across the fibres and lacking the beginnings; upper, right and lower margins survive. The ink has turned silver. The back bears one line written along the fibres in the upper half of the sheet, upside down in relation to the text on the front, and another line at the bottom. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.

Dimensions: 213 x 169 mm; housed in a glass frame measuring 270 x 225 mm.
Script: Upright cursive hand, slightly uneven; the ink has turned into a silver colour. Verso: different upright cursive hand and sloping hand of Dioscorus at the bottom.
