- Aurelius Mathias son of Ponnis and Aurelius Ibeis son of Apollos acknowledge that they have subleased from Besarion, Dioscorus’ uncle, a plot of land belonging to the Holy New Church that Besarion was renting. Lessees and lessors share duties and expenses, and the produce will be divided in half, one share being for the lessor and the other for the lessees on account of their labour. The rent is to be paid in kind. With subscriptions at the end and possibly the endorsement on the back.

- Papyrus sheet, darker on the left-hand side; damaged at the top and bottom; with a break along one vertical fold and surface damage in places; bearing writing on both sides. On the front, there are 30 lines running along the fibres; side margins are minimal. On the back, there is one word written along the fibres. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.
