- Contract concerning the collection of taxes, whereby the party giving the undertaking agrees to act as a representative for the collection and disposition of various taxes for the village of Phthla in the Antaiopolite nome, securing the other party against all claims from the two pagarchs Iulianus and Patricia as well as against any legal actions, and regularly reporting to the other party. Traces of another text are visible on the back.

- Dark-brown papyrus roll, broken off at the top, with holes and breaks along the horizontal folds; a stain is visible on the right (front); written on both sides. The front bears one column of 48 lines written across the fibres, lacking the top. Side and lower margins are extant. On the back, there are traces of one column written across the fibres on the left-hand side. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.
