- Agreement addressed to the pagarchs Flavius Iulianus and Menas, through the headmen (protokometai) Flavius Dioscorus and Flavius Apollos, from Aurelius Pesalous, son of Isidorus and Maria, and Aurelius Menas, son of Hermauos and Tsone, tax-collectors (apaitetai) of Aphrodito. The tax-collectors acknowledge a debt of twelve solidi, which shall be collected and paid over by them. With their subscription (written by someone else as they are illiterate), subscriptions of two witnesses and of the notary at the end, and docket on the back.

- Papyrus sheet, medium-brown, complete; with some surface damage and abrasion in places; written on both sides. On the front, there are 29 lines written along the fibres, complete; all margins are extant. A crease is visible from top to bottom towards the right, which the scribe tended to avoid in writing. On the back, two lines run along the fibres at the top. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.
