- Receipt acknowledging the payment of 12 carats and 3/4 made by Apollos, son of Dioscorus, on account of village taxes for the village of Phthla and for certain monks, issued by the pagarchs through their assistant Matoi. Dated to 514-515, 529-530, 544-545, or 559-560.

- Papyrus slip, imperfect on the right and with surface damage throughout; written on one side, the back being blank. The front bears 5 lines running across the fibres, damaged at the end; upper, left and lower margins are minimal. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass frame.
