- Conclusion of a lease of land at a rent of two artabas of wheat and two of barley per arura; the lessee is Aurelius Victor, son of Hermauos, and the name of the lessor is lost. With subscription of Victor at the end written by Flavius Theotecnus and endorsement on the back.

- Lower portion of a light-medium brown papyrus sheet, slightly damage on the left (front), otherwise well preserved; written on both sides. On the front there are 19 lines from the foot of a column, running long the fibres; side and lower margins are lost. On the back, there are traces of one one line written along the fibres at the top of the sheet. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.

Script: Proficient cursive hand with a slant to the right; different hand, irregular, smaller and rapid, for the subscription in the last four lines.
