- Fragmentary contract between a woman whose name is lost and Flavius Daniel, a soldier from the unit of the Mauri. The nature of the contract remains unclear owing to mutilation, but the sale of a plot of land is concerned. With subscriptions at the end, including those of two witnesses and of the notary Phoebammon.

- Extent:
- Two non-contiguous fragments from the right-hand portion of a papyrus sheet, bearing writing on one side along the fibres, the back being blank. The upper fragment preserves the ends of 7 lines, and the lower of 14 lines. Upper, right and lower margins survive. Vertical folds are still visible. A sheet-join runs vertically along the right edge. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass frame.

Dimensions: Upper fragment: 107 x 130 mm; lower fragment: 195 x 135 mm. Housed in a glass frame measuring 380 x 185 mm.
Script: Neat, regular cursive hand, somewhat compressed; four or five cursive hands for the subscriptions from line 16 to the end.
