- Square-shaped papyrus sheet, with some surface damage and abrasion; written on one side along the fibres, the back being blank. The front bears 13 lines running along the fibres; margins are extant, the right and lower being minimal. Folding lines are still visible. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in glass frame.
