- Scope & Content:
- One-year lease of pasturage in a plain having the lands of the village of Herakleia on the north and of the village of Apias on the south, with canals on the east and west sides; the lessors are seven village elders and the lessee Apynchis, son of Apynchis, a shepherd. The lessors acknowledge receipt of payment. With subscriptions of three of the village elders and date at the end.

- Papyrus sheet, complete, with surface damage and holes in the lower left corner and further damage along the vertical folds; bearing writing on one side, the back being blank. On the front, there are 25 lines running along the fibres, with blank space between lines 7 and 8, and lines 24 and 25. Margins are extant, the right being minimal. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass frame.
