The manuscript No.3 is written in a bundle of folios with brown cover. The size part of cover. The paper size is 33.5 x 21.5 cm. The ink color is black. The writing is still readable, but the condition of papers is yellowing and brittle. In this manuscript, Prince Madrais writes his teaching about God's law that humans are created into many nations so they should do respect each other; advices for government to make people welfare. He also tell historical facts about his life that there were some group of people obstructing his cultural movement. Besides, he explains about a prophecy that in a day, Sundanese spiritual teaching will support the peace making in the world and Sundanese traditional community will get support from many people and institutions.
