Manuscript No.4 is written in bounded European paper with no cover. The paper size is 33.5 x 21.5 cm. The ink color is black. In this manuscript, Prince Madrais writes his teachings about the equity of nations, self consciousness, humanity values, inner self observation and the implementation of religious values in real life.
