The manuscript No.13 is written in a set of loose folios. There are two sizes of paper; 34 x 21.5 cm and 35 x 21.5. The condition of paper is brittle, torn and yellowing. The ink penetrates to the reverse side, but the writing is still readable. In this manuscript, Prince Madrais writes historical facts about his life. His hand was borrowed to write guidance of life. Many people dislike his teachings and felt scared if they heard story about him. He was regarded as a dangerous person who interfered the existing rules.His movement was confined because he spreaded the teachings of Sunda. He begged to the government if he was not found guilty, the religion of Sunda must have been legalized like Dutch religion. Madrais explains his teachings; this country must use the rules of our own nation, Javanese must be aware of the God’s law, Java land for Javanese people, humans must seek for the truth and know their true identity, beware of evil spirits that infiltrate to the soul of human because they will influence humans to forget their true identity, etc. He also tells a number of prophecies. Some of them are all people who opposed Madrais will be regret and when war of words is vanished, it will come the glory beyond anything.
