The manuscript No.18B is written in a set of loose folios. The condition of paper is brittle perforated, taped, and yellowing. The ink penetrates to the reverse side. The ink penetrates to the reverse side, but the writing is still readable. The size is 34 x 21.5 cm. In this manuscript, Prince Madrais writes historical facts of his life, his teaching and how to cure a desease. He was a tough trader. He started selling gold, diamonds, pearl and silk batik as well. He sold many things to fulfil his needs. In his teaching, he describes how religion of Sunda do innerself-observation is by understanding and realising the law of God, law of cause and effect in life and caring for sustainability of life among all the creatures with the earth. He also explains about heaven which means the description of happiness in the earth and heaven. Happiness in the world means humans who can control their lust. It is also described how to cure sneezing which spread to a headache and make breathless. The best thing to do is to warm body in front of the hot fireplace as it used to be in the past.
