The manuscript No.23 is written in a set of loose folios. The size is 34 x 21.5 cm. The condition of paper is brittle perforated, taped, and yellowing. The ink penetrates to the reverse side, but the writing is still readable. In this manuscript, it is found a letter to wedana in Kajene about celebration invitation. Besides, Prince Madrais describes a number of his teachings. A marriage must be held in customary way. The consciousness of nation shows the consciousness ofGod ordinance. Love the God, homeland and parents. The duty to obey God's decree is conducted bu obeying the coutry law. There are many various models of dress in market. However, the model that enjoyed by our people does not reflect our culture and custom. The perfect cultivation of food and drink will keep us from sickness. Besides, this manuscript contains a number of prophecies. One of them is that Cigugur will be like a sanctified place because in that place it is taught self consciousness as a human beings and nation.
