The manuscript No.39D is written in a notebook with an old newspaper for cover. The size is 21 x 16.5 cm. The condition of paper is brittle and yellowing. The writing is still readable. In this manuscript, Madrais explains his teaching about the influence of food and drink for humans. Humans are used as the shelter for all dead spirits that are eaten. We have to know how food and drink, wheter it is plant or animals, will affect our bodies. We have to know the good and bad effect of food and drink we consume. Do not let us get stuck until we forget the rules or limitations that should be. Food and drink are beneficial for our health, strength and intelligence but they can cause physical and mental desease. Humans can consume everything they desire, but if the food and drink substances are too dominant, it will destruct human body and soul. We don’t need to close our eyes, nose and mouth, but we should read and know the knowledfe so we become aware of self control. Madrais wrote all of these for all nations, all rank, the poor, the rich, the young, the old.
