The manuscript No.49E is written a notebook with blue cover. The size is 21 x 16.5 cm. The condition of paper is brittle and yellowing. The writing is still readable. In this manuscript, Prince Madrais explains his teachings. This is the time to pick up Javanese by lampit kencang mulya as teacher of life for all but different for each nation. All have same feeling in humanity but different in custom, character and culture. God said that Madrais’ duties had been seriously important. He told him about the secret of nature. The devil will fight and be stronger to tempt human beings. The ones who were causing riot at that time was the devils in the slope of ciremai exactly in Mount of Sandepe, mount of Munjul si Jiwa and mount of Bungkirit.
