The manuscript No.109 is written in a set of loose folios. There are two sizes of paper; 34 x 21.5 cm and 34 x 21 cm. The condition of paper is brittle, torn, perforated, taped and yellowing. The ink penetrates to the reverse side. There are some missing words caused by torn but most of writing is still readable. In this manuscript, Prince Madrais explains some criteria of ideal leader. A leader must rule and control over all life aspects of people, bring them to prosperity, understand the law of humanities, create peace and justice for all people and act decisively against anyone who might destroy country. In the other side, this manuscript explains that Prince Madrais received a trust and enlightment, got command to retell God’s words to be written and convey to the world as a guidance of life.
