The manuscript No.112B is written in a in a notebook with blue cover. The size is 21 x 16.5 cm. The condition of paper is brittle, torn and yellowing. The ink is blue. The writing is still readable. In this manuscript, Prince Madrais tells his visit to Mr. Saleh, an adherent of Java religion on Friday Pahing, 29 January 1932. He also wrote a letter to head of Cimenga village Wedang Temu which was told about his visit to wiarta house, discussing how to process for achieving the perfection.
