The manuscript No.154 is written in a set of loose folios. There are two sizes of paper; 33.5 x 20,3 cm and 35 x 21.5 cm. The condition of paper is brittle, torn, perforated, taped and yellowing. The ink penetrates to the reverse side, but the writing is still readable. In this manuscript, Prince Madrais gave messages for Javanese in Java land to pursue advance science for not being deceived by other nation. It also tells a prophecy becoming reality that one day Sultan Solo, Jogja and Solo visit to Cigugur and the government cannot stop it anymore.
