The manuscript No.163 is written in a set of loose folios. There are two sizes of paper; 34 x 21.5 cm and 35.5 x 21.5 cm. The condition of paper is brittle, perforated, torn, taped and yellowing. In this manuscript, Prince Madrais explains his genealogy from his father. He is a son of a Prince from Gebang, Prince Alibasa. Prince alibasa is a descendant from Kanoman, Sultan Kahirudin who is a son of Gusti Raja Anom. Raja Anom has a son Prince Mandar. Prince Mandar has a son Prince Wisnu. Prince Wisnu married a daughter of Prince Gebang, Gusti Pangeran Sutajaya. Her name is Ratu Janggi. Prince Wisnu and Ratu Janggi has a son Prince Alibasa. Prince Alibasa has a son Madrais Kusuma Wijaya Ningrat, Cigugur, Kuningan Kampung Cipager.
