The manuscript No.164 is written in a set of loose folios. There are two sizes of paper; 34 x 21.5 cm and 35,2 x 21.5 cm. The condition of paper is brittle, perforated, torn, taped and yellowing. The ink penetrates to the reverse side, but the writing is still readable. In this manuscript, Prince Madrais writes his teachings. Religion is a life guide to do all of our activities, cooking, eating, getting dress, working and so on. Religion also must use natural law. He also proposed to the government to give justice for children of Java to strengthen their characters through their script and culture. In addition, it is told that Prince Madrais build Gedong Jinem Pasenetan Dalem Agung Puger Tengah in 15 of Rajab. All have obligation to donate in that building because it belongs to all nations.
