- Extent:
- Portion of a medium-brown papyrus, with insect holes in places, especially along the horizontal fold; written on both sides. The front bears portions of 12 lines running along the fibres, lacking beginnings and ends; traces of another line are visible at the top. The papyrus was later cut to host the text on the back, which consists of one column of 6 lines written across the fibres in the upper part of the sheet. Margins are extant. The papyrus is housed in a glass frame.

Script: Recto: Neat and regular upright hand, ligatured in places. Verso: Large, thin cursive hand with a slant to the right; smaller and more rapid in the last two lines.
